All former foster care youth enrolled at Wayne State University qualify for CHAMPS-Wayne State services if they meet the following:

• Young Adults who are State of Michigan verified to have been in foster care on or after their 14th birthday
• Adoptees after age 14
• Guardianships after age 14
• Former Juvenile Justice after age 14
• Completing undergraduate education
• Services continue until 23rd birthday
